Casa L’Arsenale

Casa L’Arsenale – Venice

6 Double Bedrooms – 2 Sofa-beds – Heated Pool

Casa L’Arsenale is an unusual and newly branded house in Venice, one of our latest new entries in our catalogue! It is well located into the Venice town but for those who wish to discover the ‘real Venice’, escaping the crowds of tourists of Piazza S.Marco.

Designed by a well known Italian interior designer, Ilaria Miani, this house is an exclusive property where every room has been furnished and decorated with a sought style, gaining a perfect mix of modern and traditional elements. This property is really unique in Venice, it is at few steps to the Arsenale, the largest and historical shipyard during the Serenissima Venetian Republic, that now host an international exhibition centre.

The Palace has been for more than 500 years, until 1807, the patriarchal church of Venice and seat of the religious authority in the adjacent Palazzo del Patriarca. It’s located between the two major exhibition centers in Venice, Giardini della Biennale and Arsenale. Obviously its destination is not for hurried tourists but could be the ideal location for a group looking for deepening its knowledge on Venice and laguna and its hinterland including Vicenza, Verona, Padova that they can reach by water taxi + private coach. From Casa L’Arsenale, thanks to its dock placed right out of the doorway, you can quickly move to the center or make tours in the laguna using water taxis, without suffering the big disadvantage of finding yourself stuck among thousand of tourists. Otherwise at a short reach on foot you will be able to reach three different stops of “vaporetti” that will bring you anywhere wish. If you just wish to walk San Marco is reachable in 20 minutes.

Casa L’Arsenale is a small but charming four stories Venetian palazzo with a water front and private deck. Depicted by Canaletto and Guardi it stands beside a 16th century church designed by Palladio and a 15th century bell tower by Codussi. Stunning views all around.
