Casa Habana, located in the gated Real Del Mar resort, is the perfect escape from it all. This luxury home has a modern architectural layout that lets the ocean breeze flow throughout. The home’s design incorporates the incredible ocean view into every space including a photo-worthy transparent infinity pool. A poolside palapa makes for an incredible place to relax the day away with friends and family. When you’re ready to put your toes in the sand a private staircase leads directly to the beach.

The layout hosts the exquisite master bedroom, kitchen, and living area on the main floor with three separate bedrooms below. Habana’s main level suite not only has breathtaking views but opens directly into the pool so you can dive right in for your morning swim. A fully equipped kitchen allows for private ocean view meals prepared by you or one of our chefs. The second level bedrooms all include beautiful views overlooking the bay of Banderas and private balconies that wrap into a large shared patio with space for entertaining.

A golf cart is provided to access all the amenities of the Real Del Mar resort. The resort is host to a spa, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball court, restaurant, two oceanfront heated pools, jacuzzi, playground,  private beach, and 24-7 security.
