Meticulously renovated, the villa accommodates up to 14 guests in seven spacious double bedrooms. The main floor features a sprawling living area with a cozy fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining space. Four luxurious double bedroom suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a cinema room, laundry facilities, and a compact office complete this level.

The fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a walk-in fridge, caters to culinary enthusiasts and staff alike, facilitating the creation of unforgettable dining experiences. Adjacent to the kitchen, a snug TV/cinema room equipped with a Bose HiFi system, an extensive library of streamed content, and a PlayStation 5 offers entertainment options for all tastes.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living area provide access to breathtaking views and lead to a covered terrace with an ample dining table for 14 guests. A staircase ascends to the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The master suite also boasts a private terrace complete with lounging areas, a yoga space, alfresco dining facilities, an outdoor cinema, and an invigorating outdoor shower, all commanding panoramic vistas of the southern coastline and Formentera.

The heated pool is surrounded by an expansive terrace dotted with numerous chill-out zones, loungers, and a large dining table. Additional amenities include a poolside restroom, an outdoor shower, a bar, and a supplementary kitchenette for crafting summer cocktails and meals.

Below the pool area lie two additional bedroom suites with private access, a spa room for indulgent beauty treatments and massages, and a fully equipped gym outfitted with Technogym equipment. From the gym, spa, and tennis court, guests can savor unparalleled views of Es Cubells, the Mediterranean Sea, and Formentera. Further down the property, a meticulously maintained synthetic tennis court awaits in a sheltered enclave.

A diligent housekeeping couple resides in a casita within the grounds, while a skilled chef and assistant stand ready to accommodate every dietary preference with delicious meals served twice daily.
