This Villa sleeps 14 comfortably and includes expansive bedrooms and shared spaces. Villa Nautica includes it´s own signature chef, a private community beach club making this property feel like a resort except it is completely private to you and your party.

The formal dining area can seat twelve people comfortably  with an additional dinning area alfresco and a breakfast bar in the kitchen to seat over 24 people. Wake up and walk outside to the main terrace taking in expansive views of Puerto Vallarta. There is an incredible free-form infinity pool that is directly above the ocean and comes equipped with lounge chairs and a bar.

Villa Nautica has access to a private beach club that includes a fabulous restaurant, bar, paddle-boards, kayaks and a gym.
