At Villa Sanremo View every detail was imagined for the serenity of its guests, designed to make every moment of your stay unforgettable. Anti-seismic building, with large spaces to make the living room safe and spaced even for big groups or several families together.
Villa Sanremo View is a three levels villa, totally self-sufficient for energy and has zero impact on the environment. The production of energy and heating comes from its photo-voltaic plant, without emissions. The water used for the swimming pool, and for watering the garden, comes from their private spring. Moreover, the absence of gas for cooking inside and heating has eliminated the risk of explosions or fires. The entire property is non-smoking, be it inside the villa or outdoors, so it is suitable for children.
The garden faces south and is exposed to the sun from dawn to dusk. From the garden there is a spectacular sea view, and also a view of Sanremo, the city of flowers and home to the festival of Italian songs. Around the villa there is a big lawn, furnished with sunbeds, sun umbrellas, table and chairs, to live outdoor life comfortably. The swimming pool is 9 meters long and 1.4 meters deep, it is safe for children. The pool is illuminated until midnight, for pleasant night-time baths.
The barbecue area is equipped with a large grill and a wood-burning oven, for a relaxing cooking and baking experience during your holiday! Cultivated directly by the owners, our zero km vegetable garden is at guests’ disposal: pick up every day seasonal vegetables, like salads, tomatoes, and more according to the period.
Location. Villa Sanremo View is 1.8 km from the sea and 2.5 km from Sanremo’s city center, the most famous city on the western side of the Ligurian Riviera. A quiet location that boasts a breath-taking seaview of the gulf of Sanremo. From there, on a clear day you can even see Corsica isle.
The entrance to Villa Sanremo View is 2.4 km from the highway exit Sanremo Ovest, located directly on the main street that brings you into the city centre.
Within 2 km there are shops, deli, bakery, bar, banks, pharmacies, and two big supermarkets (Coop and Lidl) open in Summer till 11:30pm, and a Carrefour open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The bus stop is 50 meters from the gate: even with public transport you can reach the city centre in a few minutes.
The Property. Villa Sanremo View has many rooms for a very comfortable and safe stay, following the directions for Covid-19 specifications. The villa can accommodate large families or a group of friends up to a maximum of 18 people. Maximum privacy: the villa is completely fenced and there is a safety gate.
The villa was built with anti-seismic design criteria. During the week, our gardener takes care of the external area (garden, lawn, swimming pool) to ensure a maximum comfort stay.
The upper part is on two levels, measuring approximately 200 sq. m. It also has a splendid panoramic sea-view terrace (60 sq. m.) and a large outdoor space with lawn, an eating area with a barbecue and an oven. The indoor furnishings are classic chic style, with antique furniture handed down from generation to generation. All the rooms have high quality Italian linens, and prestigious fabrics. The living area has a big kitchen, dining room and large living room. The kitchen is fully furnished: traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, big refrigerator/freezer, Italian coffee machine, tea kettle, table and chairs. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
First level: One bedroom with direct access to garden (this is the only bedroom without air conditioning). This bedroom has its own bathroom, with shower. Possibility of two sleeping places in the living room.
Second level: One bedroom with a double bed. One bedroom with twin beds, closet, and private panoramic terrace. One bathroom with shower.
There is a second bedroom area (two adjoining bedrooms): one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with twin beds. It has sea-view terrace, and a private bathroom with a shower and whirlpool.
In total, the upper part can sleep up to 12 people: 6 people in double beds, 4 in twin beds.
Upon request, two extra beds places in a sofa bed can be added in the living room. Two baby beds are available, if needed.
Lower level. This is the lawn facing part, at the ground floor of the villa (100 sq. m.), near the swimming pool. There are no architectural barriers or steps. It is suitable for both disabled and elderly people with reduced mobility, as well as very young children. It has a large kitchen living room, with a traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, big refrigerator/freezer, tea kettle, Italian coffee machine, table and chairs.
There are: one bedroom with a double bed; one bedroom with twin beds (that can be put together); a large bathroom with shower and bathtub that also allows access for people in wheelchairs. Kitchen and living room: in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people.
A second bedroom area has: one bedroom with twin beds; one adjoining bedroom with a double bed, with one bathroom with a nice shower.
The furnishings are “Ligure-Provenzale” style, and the blue tones inspired by the sky and sea make you feel like you are vacationing outdoors. The Italian, high quality, personalized curtains, and bed-linens are there for your enjoyment.
The lower floor part can sleep up to 10 people: 4 people in double beds, 4 people in twin beds, and 2 in a sofa bed double. Cribs and highchairs are available upon request.
Internet is free, Wi-Fi is available in every room and in all the common areas, inside or outside. At your disposition there is a laundry room, equipped with washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board and clothesline. Two spacious private parking areas inside the property allows to park up to 15 cars, motorcycles and also a boat up to 9 meters long, safely behind an automatic gate.
