The Property. Surrounded by greenery and rolling hills, Villa Vorno is a magnificent 18th-century property immersed in a generous garden with charming views of the surrounding countryside. With a secluded location near the charming town of Vorno, this villa is ideal for families and friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in complete privacy. Carefully renovated, Villa Vorno can accommodate 18 guests: 12 guests in the main villa (six double bedrooms) and 6 guests in the dépendance (three double bedrooms).
The glorious gardens extend over two hectares and include an exclusive pool, a lake and plenty of furnished, shady corners for just sitting back and enjoying the views or some quiet conversation. There is even a picture-perfect gazebo with white wisteria for some photogenic reminders of your stay. You will also find an organic vegetable garden, a lemon grove, olive trees and a kiwi pergola, which are used to create the top-quality olive oil, jams, candied fruits, juices and limoncello that the estate produces.
The living accommodation features a spacious sitting room on three of the floors and all of the floors are interconnected with a handy elevator. There is a gorgeous, country-style kitchen on the ground floor, which is fully equipped with everything you might need to recreate some delicious local delicacies. There is a formal dining room or otherwise you can choose to eat your meals al fresco under the twinkling stars. A cozy library completes the living accommodation.
For a truly relaxing holiday, you can’t beat the spa center on the lower ground floor with an indoor pool including hydromassage jets, which is heated from October to April. Or why not spend an hour or so in the sauna or the Turkish bath followed off by a relaxing massage? A well-stocked wine cellar completes the lower ground floor. On the first floor of the main villa you will find three bedrooms: a bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub; a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; a bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
On the upper floor of the main villa, you will find three more bedrooms: a bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; and a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Available on request, the guest house can sleep six guests in three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower. The nearby guest house would be ideal for either teenagers or staff.
